Who I Am
I'm not just a cozy chaos content creator, streamer, gamer, vlogger, traveler, YouTuber, reviewer of games/movies/TV shows/foodstuffs/cool places to travel to, writer/poet, etc. - I'm also a human being who happens to be a non-binary trans woman that is disabled, deaf-blind and just enjoying an amazing life.
I'm also the creator/founder behind the BadAss Granny Gamer brand, alongside with the Cozy Chaotic Nerds brand as well, which focuses on all things cozy, retro gaming, cute indie games and discussing important topics like mental health, body/fat positivity, fat liberation, intersectional feminism, disability awareness, self-care, setting boundaries in our professional and personal lives, and all the while, I also show you what life is like for me as a varied cozy chaos creator/streamer/gamer, etc. and as a YouTuber who discusses all things gaming, does reviews of TV shows/movies/books, foodstuffs and showing you all the cool places to travel to and trying out new things daily!
I'm also living with AuDHD (Autism and ADHD), and I show you what life is like on the spectrum and how I experience such new things outside my comfort zone and what I do to prepare for it.
I live in beautiful Vermont (aka the Green Mountain State) with a wonderful partner and soon getting a brand new dog and a cat (the dog would be a service animal/pet while the cat would be a emotional support animal/pet) and am pretty grateful to have such a wonderful community supporting the work that I do and the content that I create. I'm 36 years old and was originally born and almost fully raised in Texas until I left in the middle of my teenage years for California with my first late wife (who was my high school sweetheart at the time) almost 20 years ago before we got officially married in 2007.
I've traveled all over the world starting in 2009, finding myself along the way and figuring out who I am in a world that didn't feel safe or inclusive or even welcoming at times, but eventually, I planted permanent roots in Vermont and while it took me some time to finally get stable housing, it was worth the efforts, the hard work and the patience to let the years pass by during my travels until housing was finally available in 2020.
Since then, I've been creating content, gaming/streaming, doing all sorts of entertaining comedy skits, providing educational content on various important topics and reviewing not just the games, but the books, the TV shows, the movies, the foodstuffs, all the wild and amazing places to travel to, testing out new products/gear and so much more!
I hope you enjoy the content and exciting adventures that I present to you, and I look forward to seeing you around on various social media platforms and beyond!
P.S., I also do all things horror over at L.K. The HorrorNerd too. Enjoy the Screams!
